While the onions are stewing, knead the eggs, flour and salt dough. Knead the dough well with your hand and leave for 15 minutes to rest. Then roll the dough into a thin sheet and cut into pieces of any size and shape. Remove the cooked chicken from the broth and place the cooked beshbarmak noodles in the broth. Cook it for 5 minutes from the start of the boil. Place the boiled noodles on a large platter with a slotted spoon.
