Rinse the chicken well, cut into pieces and place in a saucepan. Pour cold water over the meat and bring to a boil. Then remove the foam from the surface and cook the chicken over low heat until cooked. Salt the meat when it is almost cooked through.

Remove the fat from the broth in a separate bowl. You can leave some chicken broth in it.

Peel the onions, chop them into thin rings and transfer to the fat. Add lavrushka, black pepper to the onion and simmer the onion over low heat for 15 minutes.

While the onions are stewing, knead the eggs, flour and salt dough. Knead the dough well with your hand and leave for 15 minutes to rest.
