Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
We wash the meat and put it in a slow cooker, fill it with water and cook for 1.5 hours in the "soup" mode. Add salt and one peeled onion 10-20 minutes before the end of cooking.
step 2 out of 7
While the broth is boiling, prepare homemade noodles: sift the flour, break the egg into it, add salt and knead the dough. Then we leave it under the towel for 15 minutes.
step 3 out of 7
Divide the dough into 2 parts, use a rolling pin to roll it out to a thin layer. Then we cut it into equal rhombuses and let them dry.
step 4 out of 7
We take the boiled meat out of the multicooker and separate it from the bone. We filter the resulting broth.
step 5 out of 7
Then cut the remaining onion into thin rings and cook it in the broth for 3 minutes.
step 6 out of 7
We take out the onion and boil the noodles for 4-5 minutes.
step 7 out of 7
Put the finished noodles on a flat plate, add meat with onions and herbs to taste on top. Serve the rich broth separately.
