Yeastless dough for whitewash with meat

Today I propose to use a simple and quick recipe and prepare an appetizing yeast-free dough for whitewash with meat. The dough turns out to be airy and light, perfect not only for making whites, but also for other homemade baked goods.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Add baking soda to a bowl of kefir and stir with a whisk until a characteristic foaming reaction occurs.
step 2 out of 8
Add chicken eggs, salt and granulated sugar. Sift the required amount of wheat flour.
step 3 out of 8
Knead an elastic, soft dough.
step 4 out of 8
Roll it into a large ball. Knock down the dough, cover with a clean tea towel and let stand for a while.
step 5 out of 8
In the meantime, start preparing the filling. Minced meat can be used ready-made or cooked on your own. Peel the onions. Finely chop or grate the peeled onions. Add black pepper and salt to taste. Stir the filling well.
step 6 out of 8
Divide the rested dough into small equal parts. Roll each part into a circle or stretch it with your hands.
step 7 out of 8
Place the juicy meat filling in the center of the rolled flatbread. Seal the edges so that the juices released during frying do not flow out.
step 8 out of 8
Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake the whites for 40-50 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, put a small piece of butter in each whitewash and serve.

Bon Appetit!
