Gluten Free Dumpling Dough

To make gluten-free dumplings, use either rice flour mixed with cornstarch, or special gluten-free mixes. The dough from these mixtures is convenient to work with, but it is more difficult to mold the dough from rice flour. The kneaded gluten-free dough should lie down for several hours, or better - all night, then it will be less capricious when cooking dumplings.

First, prepare the right amount of all the ingredients in the recipe.

Pour all dry foods into a bowl for kneading dough and mix them with a spoon.

Then pour boiled water into the dry mixture (this is a prerequisite for rice flour dough) and add vegetable oil.

Stir the dough first with a spoon or spatula. Then knead it with your hand. Knead the dough for at least 7 minutes.
