Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
First, pour the condensed milk into a bowl, add the egg there. Next, slaked soda is introduced into the dough and everything is whipped with a mixer.
step 2 out of 9
Add flour to the dough.
step 3 out of 9
Using a mixer running at a slow speed, knead a smooth dough that resembles sour cream.
step 4 out of 9
Line a baking sheet with baking paper, grease it with vegetable oil. Pour the dough onto the paper and spread it evenly.
step 5 out of 9
Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the biscuit for about 10 minutes, sometimes it may take less time, depending on how your oven bakes. Check the readiness of the biscuit with a wooden stick - it will be dry if you pierce the baked biscuit with it. In addition, the finished biscuit does not stick to your fingers.
step 6 out of 9
Roll the cake into a tube in paper, let it cool, or at least become moderately warm.
step 7 out of 9
Expand the biscuit, remove the paper. Spread the biscuit with jam or some kind of cream.
step 8 out of 9
Re-roll the biscuit into a roll, pressing it as tightly as possible. Sprinkle the roll with powdered sugar on top and let it soak for a couple of hours.
step 9 out of 9
Slice a roll and serve with tea.

Bon Appetit!
