Even at home, you can make a lush and aromatic biscuit. Add sour cream, bananas, prunes to it and you have a great cake for special occasions.

In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine 200 grams of sugar, cocoa, water and sunflower oil. Put on medium heat, stirring occasionally, bring the mixture to a boil, simmer until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat and let the contents cool at room temperature.

Beat eggs with a mixer on medium speed for one minute. Then add 50 grams of sugar and beat for 10-12 minutes. The egg mass should expand and turn white.

Pour the cooled mixture with cocoa into the beaten eggs little by little, mix gently with a whisk.

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, vanillin and salt separately and sift. Pour flour over the egg mass.
