There are frozen berries in the fridge !? Use them in your homemade dessert. We offer you a recipe for a biscuit with blueberries, the sweet airy pulp of the biscuit is harmoniously combined with slightly sour berries.

Mash softened butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add eggs and mix well.

Combine flour with baking powder, sift and add to eggs and butter. Add starch. Knead an elastic dough.

Cover the form with baking paper, brush with butter. Spread out 2/3 of the dough.

Sort fresh berries, wash and dry. Defrost frozen berries and drain excess liquid from them. Spread the berries evenly over the dough.

Spread the rest of the dough on top of the berries, if desired, sprinkle with sugar.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake the biscuit for 25-30 minutes. Remove the finished biscuit from the mold, cool and serve with tea.
