Fans of summer juicy strawberries will definitely appreciate the recipe for biscuit with strawberries. It takes very little time and effort to prepare it, and the result exceeds all expectations: a delicate airy biscuit melts in your mouth. You will definitely want another bite!

Prepare the required ingredients.

Sift flour.

Separate the yolks from the proteins. In a separate deep container, beat the chips with 75 g of sugar and vanilla extract until bubbles form.

Put the saucepan on the fire. Add starch to cold water, mix, add starch mixture to strawberries. Mix everything and bring to a boil. Immediately remove the saucepan from the heat.
