We offer you a biscuit recipe that always turns out. It contains condensed milk, which gives the biscuit a wonderful aroma, which is impossible to resist! According to our recipe, the biscuit turns out to be very delicate and porous, it keeps its shape perfectly. It can be served with tea immediately after baking, and it can also serve as an excellent basis for a birthday cake.

Put the condensed milk in a deep bowl. Melt 40 grams of butter in the microwave and leave to cool slightly. We beat the eggs into the condensed milk, mix well with a whisk and add the cooled butter. Mix everything well.

Next, add sifted wheat flour, baking powder and vanillin to the dough. Knead the dough so that there are no lumps in it.

Coat the baking dish well with the remaining butter and sprinkle with flour. We spread the dough in a mold and set it to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
