Biscuit muffins in silicone molds

The biscuit dough is the same as the cake dough. Silicone muffins are tender, porous and very sweet, so they don't even need icing or powdered sugar.

The eggs should be cold. Break them into a bowl. Add sugar to them. Beat the egg mass with a mixer until stiff.

Lubricate silicone molds with sunflower oil. Divide the dough into molds.
