Mash melted butter with ½ powdered sugar and vanilla sugar and yolks, separated from proteins.

Combine the whites in a separate bowl with the rest of the powder, salt and beat until thick foam.

Slowly transfer the protein mass to the yolk dough and stir slowly until a creamy homogeneous dough.

Transfer the dough into a mold, place the berries on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
