Here is a recipe for a delicious and beloved by many delicacies - a biscuit roll with protein cream. It is not difficult to prepare it at home, it will not take much time. The biscuit roll turns out to be tender and airy, and the protein cream complements it perfectly.

We turn on and preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees. Next, we will deal with the biscuit. Drive chicken eggs into a suitable container.

Pour granulated sugar into the eggs and begin to beat these ingredients. We work with a mixer for about 10 minutes. The mass should be fluffy.

After that, add wheat flour in small portions and mix gently.
