In a deep bowl, beat 2 eggs with 250 g sugar until bubbles form. Add 200 ml of milk and vegetable oil to the egg mass, mix everything thoroughly. Sift the flour, gradually introduce it into the mass, stirring constantly so that no lumps appear. Pour 5 tablespoons of cocoa, vanilla sugar and baking soda into the dough, mix again.
While the biscuit is preparing, make the custard. In a separate container, combine 2 tablespoons of flour, 2 eggs, 250 g of sugar and 250 ml of milk. Pour the mass into a saucepan, put on fire. When the mass thickens, remove the stewpan from the heat, let it cool. Then add 200 g of butter at room temperature to the cream, beat with a mixer. Put the cream in the refrigerator to cool.
