Take a bowl and sift the wheat flour. Break chicken eggs into a clean container, add granulated sugar and a pinch of salt, mix with a mixer until smooth. Pour in milk gradually, then add sifted wheat flour, stirring well with a mixer on medium speed. Pour in vegetable oil and stir again.
