Sift flour and baking powder into a deep bowl, add salt and vanillin. Mix all ingredients with a whisk.

Add milk to the flour mixture and mix with a whisk so that there are no lumps. We got a pretty thick dough.

We choose ripe bananas for pancakes with a darkish peel. Then they will be soft and sweet. It is necessary to mash the bananas in mashed potatoes; this can be done with a fork or blender. Put the banana puree in the dough and stir.
