Pancakes without baking soda and baking powder

Pancakes can be made for yourself without adding classic soda or baking powder to them. At the same time, if you follow the recipe, then you get openwork pancakes with holes, in which we wrap the stuffing of fried minced meat.

Pour milk into a bowl, put salt and sugar, shake. Sift flour into the mixture, beat with a whisk.

Beat the eggs into the dough, stir with a whisk until smooth. Gradually add water to the desired dough consistency. Let the dough stand for about half an hour for the gluten to work.

Heat the pan as much as possible, grease with vegetable oil before each pancake. Bake thin pancakes, frying them on both sides.

Scroll the pork through a meat grinder. Fry finely chopped onion in butter, add minced meat to it, season with salt and pepper. Fry the entire mixture until tender.
