Such flour products will be very useful in fasting, or in the case when you really want pancakes, and at home, as for evil, there is no milk or eggs. By the way, they also turn out to be less high-calorie than pancakes on the classic dough. The only thing is that for this recipe you will definitely need carbonated mineral water.

Sift flour into a convenient, large bowl, add salt, baking soda and sugar. Soda can be slightly quenched with vinegar or lemon juice.
