Each housewife has her own favorite pancake recipe. I couldn't even imagine that yeast pancakes could be so tasty and satisfying. Somehow, before the next Maslenitsa I wanted to try to cook a new pancake recipe and came across unusual pancakes with yeast. I want to share it with you.

Break the eggs into a deep bowl, add a little granulated sugar and a pinch of salt. Stir with a fork or whisk until smooth.

Take another container. Pour in milk and heat a little in the microwave. The milk should be warm, but not hot. Add dry yeast and mix well. When the yeast starts to work, foam forms on the surface. Pour into egg mixture. Gradually add the sifted wheat flour, stirring well with a whisk.

Add vegetable oil to the dough, mix thoroughly. Tighten the dough with cling film and put in a warm place for 30 minutes. After the time has elapsed, mix the dough well and leave for another 20-30 minutes.

Heat the pan in which you will bake the pancakes over medium heat. Brush with a little vegetable oil, pour the dough with a ladle and spread it over the entire surface. Bake until golden brown.

Use a silicone or wooden spatula to turn the pancake over to the other side and cook for a couple more minutes. Thus, bake the pancakes until the pancake dough runs out.
