Tried many pancake recipes and looking for something new and different? Make some soft and tender potato pancakes! It is not difficult to prepare this dish, it will not take much time. These pancakes taste amazing. Potato pancakes can be made for breakfast or for an afternoon snack.

The potatoes should be peeled, rinsed in water, cut into small pieces and cooked until tender. Don't forget to add salt. When ready, drain the water and make mashed potatoes from boiled potatoes.

We heat the milk well over the fire, but do not bring it to a boil. Pour hot milk into mashed potatoes.

Squeeze the garlic to the rest of the ingredients, mix everything. Let the resulting mass cool down a little.

Then we send chicken eggs, granulated sugar, salt and vegetable oil (4 tablespoons) to mashed potatoes. Knead everything thoroughly with a whisk.

We begin to introduce sifted wheat flour into the working container. We do this in parts, constantly stirring the dough.

We check the dough, it should turn out to be a little thicker than for regular pancakes.
