Prepare the required ingredients for the pancakes. Break the chicken eggs into a deep container, add granulated sugar and salt. Mix well using a mixer or whisk.

When the mass increases slightly and becomes homogeneous, pour in half of the required amount of milk, mix thoroughly.

Sift the wheat flour through a sieve in advance. Then gradually add into the liquid ingredients while continuing to stir with a whisk.

Pour in the remaining milk and the required amount of vegetable oil. Stir well with a whisk and let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes.

Heat the pan well. Lubricate with a drop of oil. Pour the pancake dough using a ladle and spread it over the entire surface. When the dough in the pan is dull, use a spatula to turn the pancake over to the other side. Cook for about a minute more. Stack the finished pancakes on top of each other.
