In order not to dilute the pancake dough with excess water, we suggest making pancakes with low-fat kefir. To do this, you need kefir with a fat content of 1.5 percent. Such pancakes are quite thin, balanced in sweetness and smelling of vanilla.

Fry all the pancakes and stack them in an even stack on top of each other.
