Here is a simple recipe for delicious custard pancakes. They are the most delicate due to the combination of two components - kefir and milk. Such pastries can be easily prepared for breakfast, as a snack, and as a delicacy for tea. Despite the amount of ingredients used, making such pancakes is not difficult at all.

Pour kefir at room temperature into the container. Add a pinch of salt, granulated sugar and soda to it. After mixing these components, it is necessary to drive chicken eggs into them and mix everything again with a whisk. A mixer can be used if desired.

Next, we add wheat flour in portions into the working container and mix everything thoroughly.

The milk should be warmed up and then poured into the dough. Mix everything until smooth.

Next, add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pancake dough. After mixing, let the dough stand for 15 minutes. If any lumps remain in the dough, then during this time they will disperse. In this case, before baking, everything will need to be stirred again with a whisk.
