Our grandmothers always managed to cook especially deliciously, as if they had a secret ingredient. Thick and fluffy pancakes with yeast and kefir are made from ordinary products, and the taste brings back to childhood. Make these crepes for your family for a hearty breakfast.

Pour warm water into a bowl and add yeast, sift ½ cup flour and 1 spoonful of sugar. Stir everything and leave for 20 minutes.

Beat the eggs, room temperature kefir, the rest of the sugar and salt into the dough. Pour in vegetable oil and mix well with a whisk or blender.
