Classic kefir pancakes are thin and delicate. You can adjust the amount of sugar to your liking and use pancakes to prepare a variety of treats from desserts to hearty meals for lunch and dinner.

Pour kefir into a bowl, add salt, sugar, sifted flour to it, knead the dough without lumps. Leave it on for 10 minutes until bubbles appear.

Pour boiling water into the dough in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Then add 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil to keep the pancakes from sticking to the pan during frying.
