Pancakes on kefir with banana

I propose to prepare a wonderful version of Sunday breakfast. Our family has developed such a tradition - every Sunday for breakfast we cook pancakes on kefir with a banana. Bananas give the pancakes incredible flavor and delicate texture.

Take a deep container. Pour the kefir, peel and break the bananas into several parts, add granulated sugar, a pinch of salt, vegetable oil and baking soda, break the chicken eggs.

Use a hand blender and blend until smooth. Add pre-sifted wheat flour.

Mix well again with a hand blender.

Preheat the skillet well. Brush with a little vegetable oil. If you are using a nonstick skillet for frying pancakes, you do not need to use vegetable oil. Using a ladle, spread the dough over the pan and fry for a few minutes, then use a spatula to turn over to the other side and cook for a few more minutes.

Fry the pancakes until all of the pancake dough is finished. Grease the finished pancakes with butter and roll into rolls or triangles. Serve delicate flavored pancakes with sour cream or jam.
