Pancakes on kefir with semolina

There are many recipes for making pancakes. Pancakes cooked with kefir and semolina are prepared according to the same principle as ordinary pancakes, but they turn out to be thicker, airy and tender.

Pour water, sunflower oil into a bowl, break an egg and mix everything.

Mix semolina with baking soda, sugar and salt. Add this mixture to kefir, stir and leave for 30 minutes to swell the semolina.

After a while, stir the dough again, in consistency it should resemble fatty kefir.

Heat the pan well, grease it with sunflower oil. Spoon or scoop part of the dough into the pan, spreading it evenly over the entire surface. Fry the pancake for 1-2 minutes on one side, then turn it over to the other.
