You can bake pancakes airy, with openwork holes, not only with sweet milk, but also with kefir. And in order for such pancakes to turn out also thin, the dough for them should not be thick. Anything can serve as a filling for pancakes: sweet cottage cheese with dried fruits, minced meat or vegetables, chopped chicken hearts or liver, etc.
