You can easily bake fluffy pancakes on kefir with baking powder according to this recipe. They will be spongy, airy and very tasty, just like those that your grandmother or mother once baked in childhood, remember their stunning creamy aroma ?! The pancakes will not come out quite thin, so you won't be able to wrap the filling in them, but in a bite with jam, sour cream, honey or sour cream - that's it! Be sure to bake!
