Pancakes on kefir with soda

Pancakes are a common and popular dish that can be cooked with kefir or milk. I want to propose a recipe for thin pancakes that are cooked with kefir and milk. These pancakes can be made for breakfast. Stuffing them with hearty filling makes a great option for lunch.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Remove the kefir from the refrigerator in advance, pour into a deep bowl and let it warm up at room temperature. Add baking soda, granulated sugar, and salt. Mix well. The soda will be extinguished by the acid of kefir, and the mass will increase several times.
step 2 out of 8
Break chicken eggs at room temperature into kefir mass and mix with a mixer or whisk.
step 3 out of 8
Sift the wheat flour into a separate bowl several times to oxygenate it. Gradually add to the previously obtained mass and mix thoroughly with a whisk.
step 4 out of 8
Heat the milk a little in the microwave, pouring in a little, bring the dough to a smooth, homogeneous consistency.
step 5 out of 8
Add vegetable oil to the dough and mix well.
step 6 out of 8
Leave the finished dough to rest for 15-20 minutes at room temperature.
step 7 out of 8
Heat the pan well over medium heat, then reduce the heat, use a ladle to pour in a small amount of pancake dough and distribute evenly over the entire surface. Fry pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
step 8 out of 8
Serve ready-made pancakes on kefir with soda with jam or sour cream if desired.

Bon Appetit!
