It is also interesting that the sour cream dough can be cooked without adding eggs - the pancakes set well when frying and do not break when turned over.

To prepare the dough, put the sour cream in a large bowl. Add granulated sugar, salt, vegetable oil, soda, half the specified amount of water to it. Stir the mixture with a whisk until smooth. Pour flour in portions and stir thoroughly after each addition. Depending on the characteristics of the flour, you may need more or less of it, so it is important to stop on time. Pour in the remaining half of the water and stir the dough until smooth. The final consistency should be runny, runny, slightly thicker than regular pancake dough.

We heat the pan for frying pancakes on the stove well. Before frying the first pancake, grease the pan with a small amount of vegetable oil using a silicone brush. We collect a portion of the dough with a ladle and pour it into a preheated frying pan. Fry the pancake until golden brown over medium temperature.
