Pancakes can be not only a delicacy for tea, but also an excellent snack. Cooked in milk, they turn out to be very dense, and the filling does not fall out of them. Try making pancakes without sugar, and then making envelopes with mushroom, meat, or vegetable filling. It turns out amazing!
