We present to your attention a recipe for wonderful thin pancakes with filling. They do not break when folded, they are very flexible and delicate. Such pancakes are fried very quickly, since they need to be fried only on one side.

Sift the flour with baking soda and salt into a deep heat-resistant bowl, add sugar and mix with a whisk. Then add milk and 200 ml. water at room temperature. We knead everything well with a whisk so that there are no lumps. Next, bring 200 ml to a boil in a saucepan. water and add it to the dough. Mix all the ingredients well again until smooth.

In a small container, beat the eggs with a whisk, add the vegetable oil, mix and add the mixed ingredients to the dough.

We heat the pan for pancakes, before baking the first pancake, coat it well with vegetable oil, put half a ladle of dough in the pan and distribute it evenly, tilting the pan in different directions so that we get a round pancake. When the pancake is browned, and the top of it dries up and becomes dull, remove it from the pan. Thus, we fry all the pancakes.
