Pancakes with oat milk

Delicious delicate openwork pancakes with oat milk are a great option for people who have lactose intolerance. In terms of taste, they are in no way inferior to pancakes with milk and, of course, much tastier than pancakes in water.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Beat the egg into a deep bowl, mix it with sugar and salt, beat with a whisk. Then add vanillin, oat milk and sift flour. We knead everything well so that there are no lumps. At this point, the dough will be thick.
step 2 out of 5
Dilute the dough with water and mix well. We have got a homogeneous batter.
step 3 out of 5
At the final stage, add vegetable oil to the dough, mix and start making pancakes.
step 4 out of 5
Heat a pan for baking pancakes over medium heat. Before baking the first pancake, grease the pan with vegetable oil. In the future, the oil will not be useful to us, since it is already contained in the dough. Pour half a ladle of dough into the pan and distribute the dough evenly in a circular motion over the pan. Fry the pancake until golden brown, then turn it over to the other side and fry for about a minute more.
step 5 out of 5
We roll the finished pancakes into rolls, put them on a plate and decorate as desired. Serve warm oat milk pancakes with jam or honey. Bon Appetit!
