Pancakes with sour cream

Thin fragrant pancakes with holes in sour cream and milk are very tender and soft. They cook quickly and are eaten just as quickly. Ruddy pancakes are delicious with any filling, but they can be made just for dessert with jam or preserves.

Place the broken eggs in a deep container, spoon over the sour cream, add salt and sugar and stir well, combining the ingredients.
