I never thought that pancakes can be made without chicken eggs. Once I found a recipe and tried to cook it, the pancakes turned out to be excellent. I want to share the recipe for pancakes with sour cream without eggs and with you. These pancakes go well with any fillings.

Boil water and cool at room temperature. In the meantime, take a deep bowl and sift the premium wheat flour, cornstarch, and baking soda into it. Add some salt. Pour in the gradually cooled water. Mix thoroughly.

Add sour cream, granulated sugar and vegetable oil to the resulting dough, stirring well until smooth with a whisk. Leave the dough to rest for 20-25 minutes.

Preheat the skillet well. Brush with a little vegetable oil. Using a ladle, pour a small amount of the pancake dough and spread evenly over the entire surface. When the edge is golden brown, use a spatula to turn over to the other side and fry until golden brown.

Put the finished pancakes without eggs in sour cream on top of each other, greasing with a piece of butter. Serve hot pancakes with jam or sour cream if desired.
