Pancakes with whey with cottage cheese

When Maslenitsa comes, I want to bake the most delicious pancakes to pleasantly surprise myself and my family. If you need a recipe for pancakes with curd filling, use ours: instead of traditional sweet milk, sour whey is used to knead the dough, which allows each pancake to turn out more fluffy, softer, with many tiny holes. And besides cottage cheese, which is wrapped in pancakes, you can use any other filling, for example, meat.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
First you need to break the eggs into a large bowl, add salt, sugar, vegetable oil and whey there. Stir everything very well with a whisk until smooth.
step 2 out of 9
Add flour to the dough; it may take more to make the dough not runny. Stir the dough so that no lumps of flour remain in it.
step 3 out of 9
Heat the frying pan, if it does not have a non-stick coating, it must be greased with vegetable oil. Fry the pancake on one side over medium heat until the top is covered with holes.
step 4 out of 9
Bake the pancake in a skillet on the other side. Fry all the pancakes in the same way.
step 5 out of 9
For the filling, mix cottage cheese with egg, sugar and sour cream.
step 6 out of 9
Pound the filling until smooth.
step 7 out of 9
Place a large spoonful of curd filling on the center of each pancake. Roll the pancakes into envelopes.
step 8 out of 9
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, fry the pancakes on one side.
step 9 out of 9
Then fry the pancakes on the other side and serve them hot with sour cream or jam.

Bon Appetit!
