One glass of whey must be taken from the total and set aside for now. The rest of the whey should be heated, but not boiled. After that, add granulated sugar, salt and sifted wheat flour to warm whey. We mix everything.

Next, drive a chicken egg into the working container and pour in vegetable oil. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until smooth.

Bring a glass of whey, cast at the very beginning, to a boil and immediately add baking soda to it. There will be a violent hiss, as it should be - the soda is extinguished. Pour the resulting mixture into pancake dough and mix everything.

After mixing, you can see how the dough has become more fluffy and has increased in volume.

We put a pan on the fire to warm up. For the first pancake, coat it with vegetable oil. Pour a small portion of the dough into a preheated pan to make the pancake thin. Distribute the dough evenly over the surface and fry one side of the pancake.
