Whey pancakes are always successful. They are thin, ruddy and will not tear. Add baking soda to the dough - this will provide the pancakes with small holes. Pancakes can be served with sweet or savory ones.

Pour the whey into a saucepan and put it on the stove. We heat it to a very warm state. Pour half a glass of heated whey into a separate small bowl.

Add the egg, vegetable oil, salt and granulated sugar to the pan to the whey. Stir with a whisk until the sugar crystals dissolve. Pour flour in portions, kneading the liquid, homogeneous dough. It is convenient at this stage to use a mixer.
