It is necessary to drive an egg into a deep container, combine it with sugar, salt, then mix everything thoroughly until the mass becomes homogeneous. In this case, we recommend using a mixer or a whisk.

Combine the resulting mass with yogurt. As an alternative to yogurt, kefir may be suitable. Pour baking soda and vanillin over the yogurt. Mix everything well.

We gradually introduce flour into the total mass, and then add slightly warmed water there so that the dough is not too thick. In addition to this, add two tablespoons of vegetable oil to the dough. Mix everything well again.
