Pancakes on drinking yoghurt

Pancakes on yoghurt are even softer than kefir ones. Let's cook them with custard, so they will be soft, airy and light. Use yogurt with medium fat content. You can take a sour milk product without additives, but then adjust the amount of sugar, since we will use sweet strawberry in the recipe.

Take the yogurt out of the refrigerator in advance to get it at room temperature. Transfer it to a bowl.

Beat in an egg and add sugar and stir well with a whisk.

Add the sifted flour and baking soda and stir again.

Pour boiling water into the dough in a small stream and stir at the same time.

Add oil, mix the ingredients again and let the dough sit for 15 minutes.
