Pancakes according to GOST

According to Soviet standards, yeast pancakes with milk have a special taste. The recipe has been tested for generations. Pancakes can be filled with your favorite filling or served warm for tea.

Place a saucepan of milk over medium heat, heat it to 30 degrees and remove from the stove. Pour half into a small bowl and stir in yeast. Stir and let sit for 15 minutes to dissolve the granules.

Add salt and sugar to a saucepan with milk. Stir with a whisk until the grains dissolve.

Add the egg and whisk until lightly foamy. Turn on the burner on the lowest heat, place a saucepan with butter on it and melt it. Pour the oil into a separate dry bowl and leave to cool to a warm temperature.

Pour the butter into the rest of the dough and stir with a whisk.

During this time, the yeast will rise. Transfer them to a bowl of dough and stir. Add some of the sifted flour and stir to avoid lumps.
