Pancakes with minced meat

When you want to cook something interesting and unusual - cook pancakes with minced meat and herbs. This dish is not devoid of spring colors, it is fragrant and satisfying and diversifies the everyday menu. We prepare pancakes according to the simple option from milk.

Heat the milk a little by pouring it into a bowl. Beat eggs, salt and sugar into it and stir with a whisk. Sift the flour in portions and stir until the consistency is medium and lump-free.

Wash and finely chop green onions and parsley (dill can be added if desired).

Place the herbs in a bowl of dough and stir.

Chop the peeled and washed onions and fry in a hot pan with butter.

Add minced meat to the pan, add a little salt, add seasoning for the meat and cook for 25 minutes over low heat. Transfer the chopped green onions to the minced meat. Add a piece of soft butter for juiciness, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Allow the filling to cool, but for now, fry the pancakes, pouring the dough into a hot, greased frying pan and spreading it over the surface, tilting it to the sides. When the pancake is browned from below, turn it over.

Spread the filling along any edge, stepping back a little from it. Wrap the pancake with a tube, leaving the other edge free.

Serve the pancakes warm with sour cream, you can decorate with sprigs of herbs.
