Pancakes with minced meat and mushrooms

Pancakes with minced meat and mushrooms are a hearty dish that a strong half will definitely like. I always bake pancakes and freeze them. When you need to cook something quickly, I take them out of the freezer, and while I'm preparing the filling, the pancakes are already ready to be stuffed.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 10
Take the minced meat or cook it yourself. Rinse and dry the meat, cut and mince. Put the minced meat in a bowl. Peel the onions and chop finely. Add to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Peel and chop the mushrooms. Canned mushrooms can be used.
step 2 out of 10
Heat the pan well, add a little vegetable oil and add the chopped mushrooms. Fry until golden brown. Put the finished mushrooms on a plate. Put the minced meat in a pan, and stirring occasionally, fry for 15 minutes. Add the sautéed mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Stir and cook for another 15 minutes, covered with a lid.
step 3 out of 10
Break the chicken eggs into a deep bowl. Whisk with a whisk or mixer, add granulated sugar and salt. Pour in milk gradually.
step 4 out of 10
Pour in drinking water. Quench the baking soda with lemon juice and pour into the dough.
step 5 out of 10
Sift wheat flour into the resulting egg mass, using a whisk, mix well until smooth.
step 6 out of 10
Leave the dough to rest for 20 minutes at room temperature. Pour the required amount of vegetable oil into the rested dough.
step 7 out of 10
Add butter to the stuffing of minced meat and mushrooms. And mix thoroughly.
step 8 out of 10
Heat the pan well, grease with a drop of oil. Using a ladle, spread the pancake dough evenly. Fry until the top of the pancake is dull and the edge is browned, turn it over with a wooden spatula and cook for about a minute more. Thus, fry all the pancakes.
step 9 out of 10
Put about 1-2 tablespoons of the filling on the finished pancake. Roll up with an envelope.
step 10 out of 10
Also stuff the remaining pancakes. Fry the pancakes on both sides in a dry skillet before serving. Serve the stuffed pancakes with sour cream. Pancakes can be prepared in advance, and then the cooking process is significantly reduced.

Bon Appetit!
