I want to share with you a delicious recipe for pancakes with minced meat and cheese. I love and often cook stuffed pancakes. I always cook pancakes in large quantities and make them with a neutral taste, and then freeze them. Whenever I need to, I take them out and defrost them. Such pancakes can be stuffed with any filling.

Break the chicken eggs into a deep bowl. Pour in milk gradually. Whisk with a whisk. Sift wheat flour together with baking powder into the resulting egg mass, add granulated sugar and salt. Stir well with a whisk until smooth. Pour the required amount of vegetable oil into the dough and mix thoroughly.

Heat the pan well, grease with a drop of oil. Using a ladle, spread the pancake dough evenly. Fry until the top of the pancake is matte, use a wooden or silicone spatula to turn over to the other side and cook for about a minute more.
