Very delicate thin pancakes and juicy, incredibly aromatic filling. Such pancakes can be decorated with envelopes or tubes. Serve hot and cold. If you prepare them for future use, at the right time, all that remains is to fry or heat the pancakes in the microwave.

Cooking pancake dough. Break eggs into a wide bowl, add salt and sugar. Beat with a whisk until smooth. Pour in milk and water, stir. Pour in the specified amount of flour and intensively knead with a whisk until smooth, there should be no lumps. Add vegetable oil, mix. The finished dough turns out to be a liquid consistency.

Heat the pan for pancakes until hot on the stove, grease with a small amount of vegetable oil. Lubrication is necessary only before the first pancake, it is no longer necessary, since the dough contains oil. Use a ladle to measure out a portion of the dough and distribute it in a thin layer over the pan. Fry the pancake on both sides until golden brown. Put the finished pancakes in a stack on a flat plate.

Peel the onions and cut them into small cubes. Wipe oyster mushrooms and mushrooms with a damp cloth and cut into small random pieces.
