Pancakes with mushrooms and rice

In this recipe, you are invited to make pancakes with a delicious filling of mushrooms and rice. The most delicious pancakes will be with forest mushrooms, for example, with chanterelles. But you can also take ordinary mushrooms. You can serve this dish for breakfast or, having decorated it beautifully, on a festive table. You can cook pancakes according to any recipe and on any dough, only so that they are elastic and the filling wraps well in them.

For whichever recipe you like best, bake 10-12 thin pancakes. Place them in a stack on a plate.

Then prepare the filling. Cook the rice until cooked in salted water and cool. Peel the onions and chop finely. Fry the chopped onion until golden brown in heated vegetable oil.

Cut the marinated or pre-boiled mushrooms into thin slices. Squeeze out the excess liquid from the mushrooms, transfer them to a frying pan to the fried onions and fry over low heat for several minutes.
