An appetizing and very popular dish of Russian cuisine - pancakes, of course. You can cook this simple dish with various fillings, but pancakes with salmon and caviar as a filling are the most delicious and rich.

First, prepare the pancake dough. Beat eggs and combine with milk, add salt and baking powder. Then you need to gradually sift the flour with a sieve into a bowl, kneading the most ordinary pancake dough. Add vegetable oil to it and stir. Then start baking the pancakes.

Heat a couple of pans with butter on the stove and start making pancakes. Pour about half of the ladle of dough into the pan and fry the pancake on both sides for a minute or two. Place the finished pancakes on top of each other in a plate and cover with a towel to prevent the pancakes from drying out.

When all the pancakes are ready, you can stuff them with salmon and caviar. Pre-cut the salmon into thin pieces. Then put a piece of fish in the pancake, add a strip of caviar and a strip of cream cheese. Wrap a roll of pancake and repeat the procedure with the remaining pancakes.
