We put the chicken meat to boil. After boiling, add some salt and cook until tender for about 30 minutes. When ready, take the meat out of the broth and cool.

While the chicken is being cooked, prepare the pancakes. Drive chicken eggs into a convenient container and mix with wheat flour and salt. We mix everything qualitatively.

Next, add milk and vegetable oil to the working container. Mix all components until a homogeneous dough is obtained. Use a whisk or mixer.

In addition to uniformity, the dough should not be very thick, but have a viscosity. The main criterion for a correctly made dough is that when laid out in a pan, it will spread well and will not tear when turned over.
