Pancakes stuffed with meat and mushrooms are a good snack, and can also be a good snack at a festive feast. They can be stored for about 2-3 days in the refrigerator, the next day after cooking, they become even tastier.

Grease the pan with vegetable oil and fry the pancakes on both sides, then fold in a stack, greasing with a piece of butter. For the filling, boil the beef in salted water, cool and grind in a meat grinder or blender. Wash the mushrooms, cut into thin strips, fry in vegetable oil with finely chopped onions. Cool the resulting mass and also grind with a blender, pepper and salt, mix with the minced meat. Wrap the filling in pancakes and lightly fry them in vegetable oil.
