Pancakes with meat and rice

Thin pancakes are often prepared to be stuffed with your favorite toppings. I would like to suggest making crêpes stuffed with rice and minced meat. Stuffed pancakes turn out to be hearty, like pies. It is convenient to take them with you on a trip or to work. Be sure to try cooking.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 13
Put water in a saucepan and put on medium heat. Bring to a boil and season with salt.
step 2 out of 13
Rinse the rice thoroughly and pour into boiling salted water. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes, covered with a lid.
step 3 out of 13
Take the minced meat or cook it yourself. Rinse and dry the meat, cut into medium-sized pieces and pass through a meat grinder.
step 4 out of 13
Peel the onions and chop finely. Heat the pan well, pour in a small amount of vegetable oil and add chopped onions. Fry until golden brown.
step 5 out of 13
Add the cooked minced meat and stir fry for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
step 6 out of 13
Season with salt and pepper, season with rosemary. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes, covered with a lid.
step 7 out of 13
Drain the cooked rice through a sieve or colander and rinse with cold water. Let it drain a little and add to the minced meat, stir, heat for a few minutes, and remove from heat.
step 8 out of 13
Break the chicken eggs into a deep bowl. Whisk with a whisk or mixer.
step 9 out of 13
Sift wheat flour into the resulting egg mass, add granulated sugar and salt. Pour in milk gradually. Mix well with a mixer until smooth. Leave the dough to rest for 20 minutes at room temperature. Pour the required amount of vegetable oil into the rested dough.
step 10 out of 13
Heat the pan well, grease with a drop of oil. Using a ladle, spread the pancake dough evenly. Fry until the top of the pancake is dull and the edge is browned, turn it over with a wooden spatula and cook for about a minute more. Thus, fry all the pancakes.
step 11 out of 13
Put about 1-2 tablespoons of the filling on the finished pancake.
step 12 out of 13
Roll up with an envelope.
step 13 out of 13
Also stuff the remaining pancakes. Fry the pancakes on both sides in a dry skillet before serving. Serve the stuffed pancakes with sour cream.

Bon Appetit!
